1. Studying the Structural Properties of Compounds Fluoride that Blotched by In

Abstract:

In doped calcium fluoride transparent conducting powder were prepared by solid state reaction method. Structural properties of the samples were investigated as a function of various In-doping levels (x=0.00-0.04-0.05-0.06). The results of x-ray diffraction have shown that the samples are polycrystalline structure in cubic phase with preferential orientations along the (112) for In for all samples. The relative intensities, distance between crystalline planes (d), crystallite size (D) and lattice parameters (a) were determined.

2. Triazole, Properties and its Medical Applications

Abstract:

Triazole is a heterocyclic compound that have three nitrogen atom and used in different fields. Because of its potential as chemotherapeutics, triazole and its derivatives have received a lot of interest in recent years. This study shows that triazole compounds have a variety of pharmacological activities such as antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, local anaesthetic, anticonvulsant, antineoplastic, antimalarial, antiviral, ant proliferative, and anticancer activities. There are many kinds of the triazole useful as medications.

3. The Quality of External Audit Process for Jordanian Auditors

Abstract:

The financial market in Jordan is wrestling with how to carry out instructions and rules that lead to improving the quality of audit, and audit quality is one of its most pressing concerns. The literature indicated the need to explore audit attributes that influence quality of audit toward Jordanian auditors, which led to current study. Present study aims to investigate the factors influencing audit quality among Jordanian auditors. This research is based on two parameters used to estimate the audit quality level toward auditors in Jordan. This study evaluates the audit firm's size and its level of ethical compliance. Distributing questionnaires to 200 Jordanian auditors, data for this research were then analysed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) software. Based on descriptive analysis and a structural equation model, the study's findings indicate that audit company size, compliance with ethical guidelines, and audit quality all have positive and significant effects.

Keywords: Audit quality, Audit firm size, The level of compliance toward ethical rules, Jordanian auditors, Jordan, Jordanian market.

4. Biochemical Effects of Dimethoate, Chlorpyrifos and Deltamethrin on Lipid Profile and Some Minerals in Rabbits

Abstract:

Dimethoate, deltamethrin and chlorpyrifos are three of widely used organophosphorus insecticides in agriculture. The irrational use of Dimethoate, deltamethrin and chlorpyrifos in Libya play a crucial role in the occurrence of many diseases affecting plants, animals, and the environment. The present work was conducted to investigate the alterations in haematological factors and biochemical parameters  in male rabbits after orally administration a single dose of dimethoate (DM) by gavage at a dose of 43.2 mg/kg B.W/day (1/50 of DM) lethal dose, deltamethrin by gavage at a dose of 1.28 mg/kg B.W/day (1/50 of DM) lethal dose and chlorpyrifos by gavage at a dose of 33.3 mg/kg B.W/day (1/50 of CPF) lethal dose for 12-week.Twenty Male Rabbits weighting(1.891±27.6 Kg),  were divided into four groups with 5 animals in each, first group served as control animals, they received 5 ml of corn oil, while animals in second group received Dimethoate, animals in third group received of deltamethrin and animals in fourth  group received of chlorpyrifos. Results obtained showed that all pesticide significantly (P < 0.05) increased the levels of plasma total cholesterol, triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and calcium (Ca). On the other hand, the phosphor (P) was significantly (P < 0.05) decreased.

5. Aspect Concerning Epigenetic Field

Abstract:

An important area of genetics called epigenetics studies the complex interactions between environmental variables and cellular phenotypic changes. It includes research on heritable changes in gene expression that don't involve changing the underlying DNA sequence. This phenomenon affects several important biological processes, including immune system responses, cancer biology, and the development of the embryo. Gene activation and silencing are controlled by processes such as DNA methylation, non-coding RNA, chromatin remodeling, and histone changes. Epigenetic disorders can be caused by abnormal gene expression brought on by disruptions in these interrelated systems. The potential for creating novel therapeutic strategies in the biological and medical fields is enormously enhanced by our growing understanding of the mechanisms driving epigenetic alterations.
